Silver Solder
Silver soldering, also known as 'hard' soldering or silver brazing, is a process in which two or more parts are joined by melting and flowing filler metal into the joint. The melting point of the filler metal is above 420°C and flows into the joint by capillary action. -

GMAW – LG Hardfacing MIG Wire
6048 Wire LG Hardfacing Mig wire is a low alloy steel welding wire containing nickel, molybdenum and vanadium. The wire which is copper coated, is suitable for use in all positions. LG wire is recommended for welding a range of fine grained structural steels and low alloy quenched and tempered steels having an ultimate tensile strength of up to 930 MPa. The wire may be used with Argon based gases and Co2. Recommended flow rates of 14-16l/min. Argon-based shielding gases are recommended. Application: Low alloy steel welding wire containing nickel, molybdenum and vanadium. -
GMAW – Flux-Cored E71T-1
Carbon Steel Wire – Gas Assisted E71T-1 is formulated to deposit x-ray quality welds in flat, vertical up, horizontal, or overhead positions. E71T-1 is designed for welding low carbon and mild steel, structural and pressure vessel grades. E71T-1 flux core ingredients produce a fast freezing slag that facilitates out of position welds. Bead contour is flat to slightly convex. Slag is easy to remove and low spatter provides easy post weld cleaning. Application: An excellent general purpose, all-position wire for welding mild-to medium-carbon steels. Typically found in structural field fabrication, steel beam manufacturing and construction. -
GMAW – ER100S-G MIG Wire
LOW ALLOY COPPER COATED ER 100S-G is a solid MIG wire for the welding of medium/high strength steels. Widely used for the welding of steels with a tensile strength of 600/700 N/mm², such as HY80 Base metals. The balanced Manganese and Silicon ensures optimum deoxidisation and weld fluidity. Application: For welding high strength steels with a minimum tensile strength of 690 MPa.
